Public Defender Meets with Ambassador of Sweden
On December 2, 2019, the Public Defender of Georgia, Nino Lomjaria, met with the Ambassador of Sweden to Georgia, Ulrik Tideström, and discussed the ongoing developments of Georgia in the context of human rights.
The parties also discussed the activities of the Tolerance Center of the Public Defender’s Office and the Public Defender’s vision and plans in establishing tolerant culture in the country. The Ambassador pledged his support to the Public Defender’s Office.
The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Public Defender of Georgia, Giorgi Burjanadze, and the Second Secretary of the Embassy of Sweden, ElisabetBrandberg.
