Working Experience

First Deputy Auditor General, State Audit Office of Georgia (SAO) (November 2016 – September 2017),Tasks:supervising the performance of various units, including Analytical and Strategic Planning, Legal; Political Finance Monitoring, Quality assurance and other departments; Coordinating institutional development projects and activities and communication with international and donor organizations, representing SAO with government and the parliament of Georgia;

Secretary General, European Network of Election Monitoring organizations (ENEMO) (February 2015 – October 2016),Tasks:Responsible for establishing contacts and maintaining communication with donor organizations, international organizations, international CSOs and government officials; Representing the network, comprised by 23 CSOs from 18 countries of Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia at international events; Responsible for fundraising for international election observation missions and institutional support activities of ENEMO; Planning, coordinating and supervising overall activities and ongoing projects of the network;

Legal and Elections consultant, International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) (January 2016 – present), Tasks:Providing consultancy and expertise to the organization in the fields of election observation, local self-governance, anti-corruption, judiciary, human rights; Assisting organization in developing recommendation to the various governmental institutions (Parliament of Georgia, Central Election Commission, State Audit Office, Local authorities, etc.) on transparency and accountability issues; Coordinating CSO public campaign in support of judicial reform; Representing the organization with executive and legislative officials, governmental agencies, international and domestic organizations and in media.

Executive Director, International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) (October 2011 – 2015), Tasks:Responsible for overall management and representation of the organization, including planning, implementing and oversight of its activities; Recruiting and supervising performance of 20 full time and 80 part time staff members of ISFED; Fundraising, reporting, representing, lobbying, analysing and consulting on behalf of the organization; Preparing and approving reports and official statements of ISFED, communication with government institutions and officials, media, donors, international stakeholders and domestic partners;
