The Public Defender’s recommendation

On May 30, 2012, a representative of the Public Defender met and talked with a 15-year-old disabled defendant, S. Sardaryan, who is placed in Medical Establishment No. 18.

The Public Defender addresses the Minister of Corrections, Probation and Legal Assistance with a recommendation to ensure the placement of S. Sardaryan in an institution of the corresponding profile, separately from adult prisoners, where all his needs will be satisfied.
