Public Defender's Representatives Visit 32 People Detained during Protests

Public Defender's representatives has visited 32 people, detained during protests, in temporary detention centers in Tbilisi and throughout the country in recent days.

Based on the information received from the detainees, the Public Defender addressed the relevant authorities to take action in each case of alleged ill-treatment. The Public Defender's Office continues to visit detainees and will provide additional information to the public.
