"I would like to appeal to our Abkhaz brothers and sisters who live on the other side of this bridge that there is no other solution, except peace, where we can live together. Only with peace will we regain what was lost in the war - trust in each other, our relations.

As for human rights, where there is no peace, there are no human rights, where there is war, there is no need to talk about human rights.
