On November 2, 2023, Levan Ioseliani, Public Defender of Georgia, met with Rusudan Kokhodze, Head of the Agency for State Care and Assistance for Victims of Trafficking.

The Public Defender’s Office pays special attention to the situation of the beneficiaries under state care, since the protection of the rights of children, older people, persons with disabilities, victims of violence and trafficking is a priority direction of the Office. The information provided by the Agency significantly helps the Office to carry out its activities.

The Public Defender congratulated Rusudan Kokhodze on her appointment and expressed his hope for more fruitful and successful cooperation with the Agency for State Care and Assistance for Victims of Trafficking.
