On December 26, 2025, Public Defender Levan Ioseliani attended an event dedicated to Abkhazian Center “Meskhetian Youth for Unity” at Samtskhe-Javakheti State University and addressed students and invited guests.

In his speech, Levan Ioseliani noted that all his reports begin with the rights of the population living along the occupation line; spoke about the importance of involving the younger generation in the reconciliation process; emphasized the multiethnic and tolerant environment of the region, which has historically been particularly relevant in Samtskhe-Javakheti.

The event, titled "The Fate of the Abkhazian Artist," was dedicated to the life and creative legacy of prominent Abkhazian figure Aleksandre Shervashidze.
