Public Defender Introduces His Deputies

At the press conference held on April 3, 2023, the Public Defender of Georgia introduced his deputies.

Tamar Gvaramadze will continue to serve as the First Deputy Public Defender and head of the office.

Elene Ghudushauri will coordinate and supervise the activities of the Criminal Justice Department, National Preventive Mechanism, Strategic Litigation Division, Analytical Department and Department of Human Rights Education of the Public Defender's Office.

Natia Julakidze will coordinate and supervise the activities of the Department of the Rights of the Child, Department of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Equality Department, Gender Department, as well as East Georgia and West Georgia Divisions.
